We booked here because we felt we would walk to some of our destinations but unfortunately once we arrived, we did not feel comfortable doing so. The hotel itself was fine - clean, friendly staff, however, it is in the heart of downtown Springfield and sadly I did not feel very safe in this location.
This was a family trip to the Basketball Hall of Fame, Springfield Museums and Six Flags in Agawam.
