Later I was looking through the menu deciding on dinner when I overheard the next table try to order nachos and the waiter told them he didn’t recommend and that he personally thought they were terrible. They eventually resumed at 8:30pm and did sound okay. Also that many bands that play there are awful to deal with and demand free food/drinks etc. It was after 8pm and noticed they weren’t playing so we asked why and he told us the band played one song and then decided to eat dinner in the middle of the gig. We decided to wait on the food because we wanted to drink and watch the band play. He told us the kitchen was backed up so there would be a wait on food. When he came over we order a beer and a signature hurricane drink. The restaurant itself was typically busy for a Saturday night but our waiter looked super busy. We made a reservation for 8pm to get some dinner, drinks and watch Collective Difference play.
